Executive Producer

About the Position

We are currently looking for an Executive Producer for our audiovisual projects in Buenos Aires. An Executive Producer at Conway and Partners plays a pivotal role in overseeing the development and execution of various media projects, ensuring they align with the agency's vision and client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Initiating and developing new ideas and concepts for projects.
• Project Development: Initiating and developing new project ideas that align with client goals and brand initiatives.
• Team Management: Leading a team of audiovisual technicians and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Technical Support: Providing technical support during events to ensure smooth operation of all audiovisual components.
• Team Interaction: Working closely with the different teams inside the company to understand their audiovisual needs and ensuring their requirements are met.
• Training: Training team members on the proper use and maintenance of audiovisual equipment.
• Budget Management: Securing financial resources and managing the budget for audiovisual equipment, vendors, etc. and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Hiring: Recruiting key staff.
• Supervision: Overseeing the entire production process to ensure it aligns with the creative vision and meets quality standards.
• Scheduling: Approving production schedules and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Creative Oversight: Overseeing the creative direction of projects, making key decisions on casting, script changes, and overall project vision.

Requirements

• Experience: Extensive experience in audiovisual technology and live event production. Extensive experience in the entertainment industry, particularly in film, television, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various audiovisual equipment and software.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Communication: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address and resolve technical issues.
• English: Fluent English is required.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
