About the Position

Universal Bank is a modern Ukrainian bank with a stable reputation for 30 years. Our bank is known for its successful innovative project monobank, a joint retail product of Universal Bank in collaboration with the IT company Fintech Band, which is already actively used by over 10 million clients.

We need your professionalism for:

• Writing technical tasks for the implementation and improvement of banking systems;
• Supporting projects at all stages of their implementation, including using Jira;
• Maintaining and updating documentation in Confluence;
• Preparing presentations, analytical, and informational materials;
• Interacting with internal teams to ensure the quality implementation of projects.

Responsibilities

• Writing technical tasks for the implementation and improvement of banking systems;
• Supporting projects at all stages of their implementation, including using Jira;
• Maintaining and updating documentation in Confluence;
• Preparing presentations, analytical, and informational materials;
• Interacting with internal teams to ensure the quality implementation of projects.

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of information;
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, MS Office, Jira, and Confluence;
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to effectively organize your work;
• Ability to easily find common ground with colleagues, willingness to work in a team and in multitasking conditions;
• Ability to maintain productivity in stressful situations and be results-oriented.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of the NBU regulatory framework;
• Knowledge of accounting in banks.
