Film Producer

About the Position

Conway+Partners, a full-service, integrated branding, and marketing agency headquartered in NYC with offices in DC, Miami, and Buenos Aires, specializes in the real estate and hospitality industries. We are currently seeking a Film Producer with 3-5 years of professional experience in film production to join our team in Buenos Aires.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project kickoffs, meetings, and reviews.
• Plan, oversee, and execute project timelines from start to finish.
• Serve as liaison between the Video Team and our cross-functional team to establish status updates, deliverables, and feedback.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines to assure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Provide leadership and coordination to the video team.
• Provide technical and creative advice to the Account team and other agency teams.
• Remain updated on technology and trends in the function.
• Collaborate internally to create and implement systems and processes that make our work more efficient, consistent, and innovative.
• Liaise and coordinate multiple third-party suppliers and agreements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in audiovisual productions.
• Solid understanding of file specifications; resolution, color space, and other technical requirements of assets needed for image reproduction, motion graphics, and/or video production.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the whole post-production process from start to finish.
• Appreciation for the creative process and skilled at working with creative teams.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
