About the Position
BGV Group Management is looking for an Investment Manager to support the implementation of key investment and M&A projects of BGV.
Responsibilities
- Management and coordination of investment and M&A transactions from the NBO/LOI stage to the closing of the deal;
- Preparation and review of financial models, investment memoranda, and business valuations;
- Coordination of due diligence processes (technical, financial, legal) with the involvement of international consultants and auditors;
- Support of project financing processes and interaction with international financial institutions (IFIs);
- Preparation of presentations and materials for decision-making for the Supervisory Board and external investors;
- Monitoring “plan/fact”, tracking KPIs, and analyzing the implementation of the investment program;
- Development of proposals for capital structure, dividend policy, and financing strategies.
Requirements
- Full higher education (economics, finance, investments, business administration, or related fields);
- 3-5 years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, M&A, or strategy (consulting / Big4 / investment companies / large corporations);
- English - Upper-Intermediate / Advanced;
- Professional certifications (CFA / ACCA / CIMA) will be an advantage.
