About the Position
Our team currently has a vacancy for a Legal Consultant. We are looking for a specialist who will strengthen the company’s legal function and join the support of the Group’s business areas.
Responsibilities
- Contractual work and preparation of legal documents
- Preparation of documents related to the acquisition (alienation) of movable/immovable property/corporate rights
- Interaction with state bodies, notaries, and third parties
- Maintenance and systematization of corporate documents
- Support of internal document flow and other technical processes
- Analysis of judicial practice
- Work with state registers and databases
- Conducting legal audits
Requirements
- Higher legal education
- 1 year of work experience as an In-House lawyer
- Practical experience in contractual work and preparation of legal documents
- Knowledge of corporate, civil, and commercial legislation of Ukraine
- Confident command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail, systematicity, responsibility
- Ability to work with a large volume of documents and meet deadlines
