Fleets Key Account Management Specialist Senior

Uklon is a technology company that developed the eponymous mobile application. Founded in Kyiv in 2010, Uklon started as a ride-hailing platform and has evolved into a multi-service digital ecosystem integrating ride-hailing, Uklon Delivery, Uklon Ads, Uklon Store, and the Uklon Travel bus ticket booking service. As of August 2026, Uklon operates internationally across two countries - Ukraine and Uzbekistan. The service currently covers 31 Ukrainian cities and the Bukovel resort, as well as Tashkent and 5 regional hubs across the Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan.

Hiring Process

Responsibilities

• Fully mastering all processes related to fleet partner operations and communication
• Gaining a deep understanding of key metrics and KPIs, including performance monitoring and reporting
• Developing strong knowledge of administrative procedures related to partner management (contracts, payments, documentation)
• Launching 1 pilot project
• Establishing partnerships with 1-3 new fleet partners

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in client management
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
• Basic analytical abilities: working with data, preparing insights and reports
• The ability to work in a dynamic, high-intensity environment
• Strong coordination skills and experience in cross-departmental teamwork
• Negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Fluency in Uzbek, English, and Russian (both spoken and written); English proficiency - B1 level or higher
• Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office
• Being highly organized, flexible, proactive, and demonstrating critical thinking

Working Hours

• 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday
• Cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
