To continue our growth, we are looking for a Technical Trainer H/F for our headquarters in Châteauneuf-les-Martigues.

🗨️ Could it be you?

For its head office supporting all 32 agencies in France, VEOLIA Maintenance and Industrial Services is hiring a technical trainer specialized in high-pressure cleaning, pumping, and assembly.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and deliver technical training in industrial cleaning, pumping, and assembly

• Conduct internal training sessions on trades, particularly in high-pressure cleaning, pumping, and assembly, and support employees in their skill development

• Perform site audits to verify the application of rules taught during internal training sessions

• Evaluate employee skills and ensure pedagogical follow-up

• Update training materials according to technical and regulatory changes

• Propose improvements in technical and safety areas related to the taught disciplines

• Provide technical support to our operators for the preparation and follow-up of highly technical sites

• Occasionally, supervise site missions during specific shutdowns

Requirements

• Proven experience in training for high-pressure cleaning, pumping, and assembly activities and mastery of the S3C standards
• Enjoy sharing your expertise and working in a team. You are pedagogical, empathetic, and have excellent interpersonal skills
• High national mobility essential (frequent and regular travel across the entire territory)
• Acceptance of an itinerant rhythm with regular overnight stays
