General QA Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General QA Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

• Create, organize, and maintain detailed test cases in Case.io for both new and existing product features, ensuring thorough coverage and traceability to requirements.
• Test mobile applications and web including cross-browser compatibility to ensure consistent behavior and appearance.
• Report, track, and manage defects in Jira.
• Test AI components and learn methods for testing the generative AI functionality.
• Develop and execute automated test scripts with Playwright for a variety of web and backend applications.
• Perform API Testing: Design and execute automated API tests, validating the functionality, reliability, performance, and security of web services.
• Proactively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure high-quality product releases.

Requirements

• Design, execute, and analyze performance, load, and stress tests for web applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Experience with performance, load, and stress testing tools such as Google Lighthouse, Grafana, k6, Artillery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in the quality assurance area.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in web test automation.
• Understanding of JS and Typescript.
• Experience with Playwright framework for UI and API automation.
• Familiarity with web and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency in Chrome Dev Tools.
• Ability to test Rest APIs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• English - Upper intermediate+.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Case.io.
• Experience with other testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Github actions, Circle CI.
• Experience working with SaaS solutions such as SauceLabs and BrowserStack.
• Experience in Blockchain, Security, or Data validation.
• Chrome Extension Testing experience.
