About the Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive UI/UX designer to join our dynamic team at Engenious. This is a remote role where you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing web and mobile interfaces.

Responsibilities
- Design UX/UI for web and mobile products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Translate business and user requirements into clear design solutions.
- Work with design systems and maintain interface consistency.
- Create and maintain components, variants, styles, and auto-layout in Figma.
- Conduct basic UX analysis and research, and propose improvements to existing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other team members.
- Present and justify design solutions.
- Incorporate feedback and rapidly iterate on designs.
- Prepare mockups and specifications for developer handoff.
Requirements
- 1–2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals and user-centered design.
- Understanding of responsive design and the specifics of web and mobile interfaces.
- Experience working with components and design systems.
- Ability to create logical and consistent user flows.
- Understanding of basic accessibility and usability principles.
- Attention to detail and a strong visual sense.
- Ability to independently handle design tasks from initial brief to final solution.
- Ability to accept feedback and work effectively within a team.
- English - Upper intermediate.
Nice to Have
- A basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development principles.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools (content generation, image generation, process optimization, etc.).
