About the Position
Generative AI Developer
Join Boldare and build AI-powered products with a team that values autonomy, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Locations: GLIWICE, WARSZAWA, WROCŁAW, KRAKÓW, REMOTE
Salary: 18000 - 27000 PLN net
Responsibilities
- Develop chatbots and conversational AI using platforms such as GPT-3/4
- Utilize Natural Language Processing (NLP) and generative AI models
- Work in a fast-paced, agile development environment
- Collaborate with team members and share knowledge
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field
- Proven experience in developing chatbots and conversational AI
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
- Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Being a team player and open to sharing knowledge with others
- Command of English and Polish on B2+ level
Nice to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, NestJS
- Contributions to open-source projects or published research in relevant fields
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Proven experience in R&D projects
