Job description

About the Position

On behalf of our partner, EOS Data Analytics, we are seeking a GEOINT Advisor for their Defence & Intelligence (D&I) division.

This strategic role bridges the gap between the company's advanced technical GEOINT & ISR engineering capabilities and real-world military operational requirements. The successful candidate will act as the team's primary authority on military doctrine, NATO standards, and operational procedures, ensuring all geospatial intelligence products are mission-relevant and actionable for defense stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Liaison: Translate complex technical satellite outputs (Optical, SAR, Thermal) into operational military assessments and intelligence products.
  • Doctrinal Guidance: Provide expert advice on military concepts, ISR tasking frameworks, and planning cycles (ISTAR, JIPOE, MDMP) to meet end-user requirements.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and validate GEOINT analytical products before dissemination to ensure strict compliance with STANAGs and NATO formatting.
  • Team Development: Design and deliver training programs on military terminology, targeting conventions, and operational context for civilian analysts.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface directly with military commands, NATO working groups, and partner-nation GEOINT cells to gather requirements and feedback.

Requirements

  • Several years of active military service in intelligence, ISR, or GEOINT-related roles (All-Source Intelligence, Imagery Analysis, Targeting, or Aerial Reconnaissance).
  • Deep understanding of the military intelligence cycle, targeting frameworks (F3EAD / D3A), and NATO AJP-2 series publications.
  • Practical experience utilizing multi-resolution satellite imagery (Optical, SAR) for Target Identification, Infrastructure Analysis, and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA).
  • Active NATO Secret or equivalent national security clearance.
  • Professional-level proficiency in English for daily operations within a multinational team.

We Offer

  • Strategic Influence: Direct impact on the D&I division’s product strategy, capability deployment, and technology roadmaps.
  • Professional Network: Continuous engagement with NATO commands, partner agencies, and international defense communities.
  • Advanced Technology: Access to state-of-the-art GEOINT toolsets, next-gen AI exploitation tools, and proprietary satellite sensor data.
  • Health & Well-being: Medical insurance, 20 days of paid vacation, 100% paid sick leave (up to 30 days per year), compensation for sports, sessions with a psychologist or coach, and a flexible start to the workday.
  • Professional Growth: Compensation for courses and conferences, foreign language learning, corporate library, online courses, expert lectures, and internal meetups (as a participant or speaker).
  • Comfort & Support: Coworking compensation in locations without physical offices, gifts for major life events, and financial support in critical situations.
  • Beyond Work: Teambuildings, corporate events, and social initiatives (including aid to Ukraine, support for children with special needs, and eco-projects).

Locations

  • Warsaw, Poland
  • Berlin, Germany
  • Madrid, Spain
