About the Role

From day one, you will be in charge of the management and overall operational responsibility for a property management company in Remscheid. The main focus will be on leading the local team, continuously optimizing operational processes, and actively shaping the day-to-day business. As an experienced leader, you will represent the company to clients and ensure top-notch management quality. Together, we will secure sustainable success and set new standards in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Managing a property management company and overseeing the daily operations of the Remscheid branch, including budget, cost, and P&L responsibility, as well as quality assurance.
• Confidently leading property owner meetings (ETVs) and professionally managing advisory boards and property owners.
• Providing professional and disciplinary leadership, steering, and motivating the existing local team, as well as being responsible for further personnel development.
• Optimizing existing structures by establishing clear processes, digital workflows, and reliable responsibilities within the team.
• Operationally implementing key initiatives on-site, particularly in the areas of digitalization, process automation, and quality improvement.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a managing director or procurator of a property management company with a focus on condominium management.
• Solid expertise in condominium management and in-depth knowledge of tenancy law, confidently handling complex legal and commercial issues.
• Proficient in preparing and leading property owner meetings (ETVs) and experienced in professionally dealing with advisory boards and property owners.
• Strong commercial acumen (including P&L and budget responsibility) combined with a clear hands-on mentality and implementation strength.
