About the Position

For our client, an international company in the automotive industry, we are looking for a Global Workday Specialist due to the development of internal structures.

Location: Poznań, Poland

Work Type: Hybrid

Employment Type: Employment contract

Responsibilities

Serve as an expert/administrator for Workday and support the business in solving problems.
Manage changes and projects from start to finish, including the standardization of HR processes and data.
Implement global HR solutions, transitioning processes from paper to digital.
Analyze business needs and design solutions based on the latest Workday features.
Design, configure, and test the system (including security changes and data transfer - EIB).

Requirements

Experience in an international organization.
Knowledge of Workday Core HCM, integration, and at least two other Workday modules.
Ability to work with data in Workday, including business processes, calculated fields, reporting, and security.
Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
Advanced knowledge of English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
