About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Główny Konstruktor (K/M/Inni) for our client, a company specializing in the design and construction of special machines and production automation solutions. The role involves leading projects from concept to implementation, collaborating with automation and production teams, and providing technical support to the design team.

Location: Wrocław, Poland

Type: Contract B2B, employment contract

Responsibilities

Designing special machines, assembly stations, packaging equipment, and production automation solutions.
Developing mechanical concepts and creating technical documentation in Solid Edge.
Managing projects from concept through design, production, assembly, and commissioning.
Selecting mechanical components, drives, guides, pneumatics, sensors, and actuators.
Collaborating with other departments within the company.
Verifying projects for feasibility, costs, and potential technical risks.
Solving problems that arise during machine assembly and commissioning.
Implementing design changes and overseeing technical documentation.
Providing technical support to junior designers and participating in the development of company construction standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in designing industrial machines, special machines, assembly stations, production lines, or packaging equipment.
Experience in managing projects from concept to launch.
Excellent knowledge of mechanical engineering, pneumatics, and design for manufacturing and assembly.
Proficiency in Solid Edge.
Ability to create technical documentation and select mechanical components.
Experience in collaborating with production, automation, and suppliers.
English language skills sufficient to work with technical documentation.
Independence, responsibility, and problem-solving skills.
