About the Position
Growth Marketing Manager (K/M/Inni)
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our team in Lublin, Poland. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to drive the marketing and dynamic growth of our digital product.
Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing marketing and growth strategies
- Developing growth & performance marketing, branding, PR, content, and communication
- Building sales funnels and optimizing conversions
- Analyzing CAC, LTV, retention, monetization, and KPIs
- Developing SEO, AEO, GEO, and brand visibility in AI tools
- Managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads campaigns
- Utilizing AI and automation to increase marketing efficiency
- Developing community and partnership collaborations
- Creating sales, partner, and investor presentations
Requirements
- Experience in developing digital products, particularly in SaaS, LegalTech, fintech, marketplace, HR Tech, PropTech, or e-commerce
- Understanding of the entire sales funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → monetization
- Creativity, entrepreneurship, independence, and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to quickly test hypotheses and make data-driven decisions
- Strong ability to navigate a dynamic, startup environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Skills in content creation and public relations (PR)
- Experience in community building and partnerships
