Head of Affiliates ASIA

What we’re looking for:

• ✔️ Proven track record (3+ years) in leading affiliate operations at ASIA market
• ✔️ 5+ years expertise in affiliate marketing within the iGaming space
• ✔️ In-depth knowledge of Asian market dynamics
• ✔️ Proficiency in English - both verbal and written
• ✔️ Strong interpersonal skills with a flair for negotiation and high-level planning

Your mission:

• ✅ Build and grow a high-performing affiliate unit
• ✅ Establish and nurture strong relationships with key partners
• ✅ Craft and execute affiliate growth strategies to drive scalable traffic
• ✅ Refine internal affiliate workflows for optimal performance
• ✅ Be fully accountable for affiliate revenue streams and KPIs
• ✅ Represent the brand at major conferences, expos, and industry gatherings

Will be plus:

• • Experience managing affiliate profit and loss reports
• • Previous leadership experience in a fast-paced team environment

Requirements

• 5+ years expertise in affiliate marketing within the iGaming space
• In-depth knowledge of Asian market dynamics
• Proficiency in English - both verbal and written
