About the Position
We are supporting a global consumer brand with the appointment of a senior engineering leader for a newly established engineering centre in Shanghai. The successful candidate will help build and lead a growing technical organisation while remaining close to architecture, technical decision-making, and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior engineering leadership
- Build or scale engineering teams
- Ensure strong architecture and technical depth
- Manage global stakeholders
- Collaborate with product, commercial, and business teams
- Gain exposure to e-commerce, retail technology, POS, or digital platforms
