Head of Growth

We are fonio, Europe’s market leader for AI phone agents for SMBs. We grew from $1M to $10M ARR in under 12 months and now serve 10,000+ customers. Now we’re expanding globally and into new products. Join one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.

Responsibilities

As Head of Growth, you will own a 7-figure monthly budget and the growth engine behind 90% of our revenue. Your responsibilities will include:

• Driving all growth initiatives across performance marketing, SEO, creative strategy, funnel optimization, website & CRO, growth analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Owning product growth: funnel, pricing, positioning, onboarding.
• Building and scaling a world-class growth team from the ground up.
• Reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements

• Proven experience in scaling a company from early days to 8/9/10+ figure ARR in a global Marketing/Growth leadership role.
• Experience owning a €15M+ annual marketing budget.
• Highly analytical with the ability to make fast decisions based on data.
• Successful experience in launching and scaling into new international markets.
