Head Of Marketing

About the Position

ThisNext.ai is seeking a Head of Marketing for our client, a young and ambitious team creating B2C web products with subscription monetization in white niches (IQ tests, Well-being, health trackers) for Tier-1 markets (USA, Europe).

Responsibilities

• Manage Current Partners: Take over communication with existing contractors and finalize negotiations to reach agreements.
• Find and Launch New Networks: Identify and connect new traffic sources (Native, Affiliate, CPA networks).
• Control ROI: Analyze traffic quality and unit economics through the internal analytics system.
• Scaling: Optimize budgets and prepare the business foundation for building an internal team.

Requirements

• Experience in B2C Web / SaaS products with subscription monetization.
• Understanding of user acquisition economics and ability to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing channels.
• Experience working with marketing partners, CPA networks, or agencies.
• Understanding of the user funnel: from ad creative to conversion and retention in the product.
