HR & Marketing Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & Marketing Specialist to join the office of a multinational company in Bucharest. The company offers tailored logistics solutions and creates transport and logistics concepts, focusing on industries like Fashion-Retail, Cosmetics, Automobiles, Electronics, and High-Tech.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Regional Office in Head Office to enhance efficiency and accuracy in daily HR & Marketing activities.
• Supervises daily administrative activities within the local HR department, including recruiting, onboarding, employee file management, and payroll process.
• Manages employee benefits, including health services and other company-provided benefits.
• Ensures compliance with labor laws and internal regulations, providing guidance and advice to employees and managers on HR issues.
• Coordinates internal marketing activities and advertising campaigns across local media platforms.
• Ensures brand messaging across relevant marketing channels.
• Organizes team-building activities and employee engagement programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
• Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in HR or similar role.
• Very good understanding of human resources processes.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation.
• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Customer-oriented attitude.
• Presentation and marketing skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge in using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint).
• Good level of English language (verbal and written communication skills).
• Excellent communication skills.
