About the Position

We’re looking for an HR Generalist who will support the day-to-day needs of the incredible talent we have within SD Solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for contractors and clients, providing timely and professional support while coordinating with internal teams.
• Ensure end-to-end execution of HR processes, including smooth onboarding and off-boarding for local and remote contractors.
• Run regular 1:1s with tech and non-tech professionals, proactively identifying risks and ensuring timely escalation and delegation.
• Develop and improve HR processes and workflows, maintaining up-to-date documentation in Notion and PeopleForce.
• Prepare and deliver regular HR reports for managers and clients upon request, tailored to their specific requirements.
• Manage and maintain HRMS and knowledge base systems, ensuring accurate data, proper access controls, and structured documentation; proactively resolve issues and quickly adopt new features.
• Coordinate with health insurance providers, prepare quarterly data, and ensure smooth communication across all parties.
• Participate in local and international team-building event organization.
• Organize online and offline educational and entertainment events for our contractors and clients.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the HR field.
• Hands-on experience with HRMS and knowledge base systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Fluent in English (writing emails, chatting with clients, and the ability to conduct small talk), Ukrainian.
• Leadership, organizational, analytical, presentation, and time management skills.
• Curious and growth-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to continuous learning and self-development.
• Kind, respectful, and positive attitude, contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.
• Availability to work full-time and come to the office 4 times a week.
• Event management experience, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute engaging team-building initiatives.
