We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources department. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and understand the inner workings of a fast-paced organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate records.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Participate in employee engagement activities and internal communications.
• Assist with payroll support and HRIS data entry (as required).
• Conduct market research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
• Prepare weekly reports and scheduling of interviews and follow up on the candidates for walk-ins.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, MSW, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Eagerness to learn and a positive, team-player attitude.
• Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.
