HR Manager

About the Position

ArkTalents Limited is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function in Budapest, Hungary. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building teams from the ground up and a strong focus on recruitment. This role will oversee all aspects of HR management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to source candidates.
• Analyze recruitment data to improve processes and efficiency.

HR Management

• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for employee development.

Team Building

• Build and lead an HR team from the ground up, setting clear goals and expectations.
• Develop the skills and capabilities of the HR team through training and mentorship.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.

Organizational Development

• Partner with leadership to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze employee engagement and satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits

• Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
• Stay informed on market trends to ensure the company's offerings are attractive.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment.
• Proven experience in building an HR team from scratch.
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in a variety of HR functions, including but not limited to talent acquisition, employee relations, and policy development.
