HR Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with over 10 years in HR to join our team in Lichtenstein, Germany. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, compensation, and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and enhances human resources as a business partner by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices in alignment with the Group and business strategies.
• Sustains and strengthens our clients' values and leadership culture towards a uniform management model aligned by the Group.
• Contributes to our clients' employer brand to attract and retain the best talent.
• Actively collaborates and contributes in international HR projects with the CHRO and other country HRMs.
• Direct responsibility for the 360-country level HR function and all responsibilities around the HR department, following the Global Group Policies, procedures, and processes.

Requirements

• Solid expertise of HR as a generalist (Business Partner)
• Hands-on experience in payroll
• General business and management skills, preferably from the industry/manufacturing
• Solid communication skills and decision-making capabilities based on analytical skills and critical thought processes
• Good knowledge of employment law and Collective Labour Agreements
• “Native” speaker and fluent in spoken and written English
• Software: O365, intranet, HCM-systems

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years in an HR-related role and preferably 2-3 years on some Team leader or Supervisor level position
• Graduate University Degree; Business, Social, Psychology
• Postgraduate in Business, HR, etc.
