HR Operations & Analytics Specialist

About the Position

We are looking for an HR Operations & Analytics Specialist to help us build an HR function that runs on data, not gut feeling, and to take ownership of HR analytics, process automation, and operations. You’ll work directly with our HRD and have a real influence on how decisions get made inside the department. This role is for someone who thinks in systems, stays steady with complex tasks, and genuinely enjoys digging into something new and unclear. Responsibilities

• Build HR analytics covering headcount, turnover, and engagement, turning raw data into insights for the team
• Create interactive dashboards and reports that people actually use
• Spot bottlenecks in processes and implement automations that remove routine work and free up the team’s time
• Manage the HR budget by consolidating data from different sources into a single clean structure
• Take part in internal HR research and surveys, analyze the results, and shape recommendations

Requirements

• Relevant experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or a related role
• Confident with Excel and Google Sheets: pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization are part of your daily toolkit
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar
• Experience working with an HRMS (PeopleForce experience is a big plus)
• Systems thinking: you see the connections between data and real business processes
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to work faster and smarter
• Proactive mindset: you don’t wait for tasks, you find them
• Comfort with uncertainty: you work through complex and unclear problems methodically

Nice to Have

• Experience with a full-cycle HRIS implementation: setup, testing, process integration, and user training
• Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau
• Familiarity with Google Apps Script
• Understanding of core HR processes: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
