Job description
About the Position
We’re looking for a Product Manager to independently own our retention and loyalty direction. You will be responsible for the different areas of the process: from building the vision for where our product is heading to launching and scaling specific mechanics that drive engagement, LTV, and churn. This is a high-ownership role: you’ll come in, make sense of a complex task at hand, and shape the strategy yourself rather than execute someone else’s roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Driving long-term product growth by improving key retention, LTV, and churn metrics
- Designing, launching, and optimizing the product’s loyalty program and customer reactivation mechanics
- Conducting competitive research, analyzing user feedback, and performing deep cohort and funnel analyses
- Identifying retention opportunities, building habit-forming product features, and creating hypotheses for experiments
- Engaging closely with CRM, Support, and other stakeholders to drive unified loyalty and retention initiatives across multiple channels
- Creating concise product specs that align teams on scope, expectations, and business and technical requirements
- Mentoring junior/mid-level product team members and setting best practices across the retention flow
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management
- Deep understanding of retention dynamics, cohort analysis, churn modeling, and user habit formation
- Proven track record of designing, launching, or scaling retention and loyalty initiatives for different user segments
- Proven track record of running data-driven experiments (A/B testing, pilot tests)
- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Tableau, or similar ones)
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, product ownership, and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
- A strong sense of what good UX and seamless product design mean
- Familiarity with CS:GO/CS2 and its ecosystem
Nice to Have
- Passion for CS2
- Hands-on experience building from scratch or scaling complex user loyalty programs (points, tiers, gamification, personalized rewards systems)
- Experience in a Product Lead/Team Lead role (managing or mentoring product managers)
- Hands-on experience with user interviews and qualitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with push notifications, email triggers, and CRM/lifecycle automation tooling
