ING INTERNSHIP - Finance Accounting & Reporting

About the Position

ING Luxembourg is looking for an intern in Financial and Regulatory Reporting. This internship will start in February 2027 and will last at least 6 months.

Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Take part in the Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly closings
• Contribute to data quality controls and daily reconciliations
• Support the Team in the preparation of the Finance & Regulatory reporting package for the local authorities and the Group
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk and IT stakeholders on reporting and data-related projects
• Support Finance transformation and digitalization initiatives

Requirements

• Competencies / Behaviour
  • Well organized with the ability to take initiatives and responsibilities
  • Strong analytical & thinking skills
  • Focused on quality and timely delivery
  • Solution, change and customer-oriented
  • Team player with good social skills
  • Ability to work in an agile and collaborative environment with autonomy
  • Real interest in the world of financial institutions and corporates
  • Proficiency in computer and office automation tools, in particular Word, Excel, Outlook, Copilot, and PowerPoint
• Experience
  • Bac+4/5 with an economic or financial orientation
  • A first experience in the financial sector will be considered an asset
• Languages
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
  • French proficiency is considered an asset
