Responsibilities

• Handle 60 to 100 inbound and warm follow-up calls daily with homeowners seeking exterior repair solutions.
• Qualify homeowner needs involving siding repair, dry rot, roof leaks, window leaks, and exterior envelope issues.
• Use structured sales conversations, rebuttals, and objection-handling techniques to close service agreements.
• Follow up consistently using HubSpot CRM and established communication cadences.
• Guide customers toward committed next steps, including signed agreements, reviews, and testimonials.
• Maintain high call activity and conversion performance in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to improve closing performance and customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call center sales, or high-volume phone sales.
• Strong closing ability with confidence, handling objections, and asking for commitment.
• Comfortable making and receiving high volumes of phone calls throughout the day.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow structured sales processes and scripts while maintaining conversational communication.
• Coachable, disciplined, and accountable in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM systems, such as HubSpot, preferred.
• Home services, construction, remodeling, or contractor sales experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings or weekends as needed to maximize earning opportunities.
• Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Stable work history preferred.
