About the Position

Interior Design Consultant

CHAD Management Group is currently seeking a Design Studio Coordinator to join our team in Toronto. Our client is a prominent builder/developer in the Toronto area, and they are looking for someone to service new homeowner/clients in the Low-Rise and High-Rise residential market.

Responsibilities

• Work with and guide homeowners through their structural, electrical, and design options and finishes for their new home or condo.
• Be knowledgeable about various products and finishes and assist homeowners in selecting appropriate finishes or combinations.
• Document and enter product selections into a HOMES, BuilderLynx, or a similar program.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.

Requirements

• Three years of previous experience in a Design Studio for new homes and condominium construction.
• Prior interior design and construction knowledge with a post-secondary diploma or degree required.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience required.
• Personable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused to deliver on the customer experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
