About the Position

ETERNA LAW, a top-5 law firm in Ukraine and recommended by Legal 500 EMEA 2023, is seeking a highly motivated intern to join their corporate law and M&A practice team in Kyiv. This role offers remote work with regular team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research and prepare clear and creative reports based on findings for project strategy and documentation.
• Participate in the preparation and review of documents.
• Engage in the development of legislative changes.
• Analyze judicial practice to ensure the best protection of client interests in contract execution and other legal transactions.
• Interact with government agencies, notaries, and banks.
• Participate in the preparation of legal opinions.
• Create PowerPoint presentations and contribute to writing articles for reputable online and offline publications.

Requirements

• Interested student or graduate of a law faculty.
• Proficiency in English at least at the B2 level (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Relevant work experience is a plus.
• Residence in Kyiv.
• Quick learner, attentive, and persistent.
• Excellent computer skills, especially MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Team player.
• Ability to multitask when necessary.
• Good sense of humor.
