Internal Communications Manager

9-Month Contract | Inside IR35 | Hybrid Working (London)

Our client, a leading global telecommunications company, is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join their team on an initial 9-month contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting a major business transformation programme within a complex, international organisation. You'll be responsible for developing and delivering impactful internal communications that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned throughout a period of significant change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver internal communications strategies and plans.
• Support large-scale business transformation and change initiatives.
• Create engaging content across a range of channels, including Intranet, email, leadership updates, and town halls.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and business leaders to shape key messaging.
• Translate complex business and programme updates into clear, engaging communications.
• Drive employee engagement and support organisational change activity.
• Ensure consistent messaging across multiple teams and workstreams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Internal Communications.
• Strong Change Communications and transformation communications experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leaders.
• Experience working within large, complex organisations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
• Experience creating communication strategies, plans, and employee engagement campaigns.

Nice to Have

• Experience within telecommunications, technology, or other large corporate environments.
• Experience supporting global or international teams.
