Internship - Data operations officer

About the Position

Within the Data Management department, the Data Operations service is responsible for updating the administrative data of individual and corporate customers. We are seeking an Intern for a 6-month internship beginning in October 2026. Please note that only students who can provide a valid internship agreement (school convention) will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the customer's KYC and identification data meet the requirements of current regulatory standards, in order to guarantee good Data Quality from the moment the customer enters into a relationship until the account is closed.
• Be familiar with the bank's KYC documents and tools.
• Provide cross-functional operational support to the PB, Retail Banking and Wholesale Banking business lines.
• Participate in improving procedures in line with Group regulations.
• Participate in the development of new tools to better cover the Bank's risks.
• Detect administrative anomaly, operational risk or malfunction that could impact the data quality of our file.

Requirements

Education:

• 3+ year degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics/ Law.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.

Languages:

• English and French are essential, any other language will be an advantage.

• Flexibility and autonomy.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High degree of flexibility and multitasking.
• Sense of discretion and confidentiality.
• Team spirit.
• Good command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
