About the Role

At telli, we are revolutionizing the way businesses communicate with their customers through AI. We are looking for an Internship - Deployment Strategist to join our team in Berlin. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to gain hands-on experience in deploying AI agents and supporting customer success.

As a Deployment Strategist Intern, you'll work closely with the founders, supporting our team in making customers successful with telli. You'll help onboard new customers, develop AI agents, support existing accounts, and build the processes that help us scale.

Responsibilities

Customer Ownership & Operations

Support pilot accounts and help customers get live with AI agents
Assist with customer communications, answer questions, and resolve basic issues
Help track agent performance and customer health metrics
Support customer workshops and training sessions

Agent Development

Help build and refine AI agents alongside the team
Support workflow creation for onboarding and pilot management
Work with automation tools (n8n, Zapier) to improve internal efficiency
Document best practices and playbooks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Help translate customer feedback into insights for product and engineering teams
Support operational tasks that help telli scale
Prepare materials for customer and team meetings
Jump in wherever needed to move projects forward

Requirements

You really enjoy working with customers and help them succeed
You're tech-savvy (or have a semi-technical background)
You're an excellent communicator in both English and German - especially writing
You've experimented with AI agents or workflows and understand topics like prompt engineering
You're organized, hands-on, and not afraid of unglamorous work
You're early in your career and hungry to learn fast

You have a pure business background but never worked with workflows or AI agents
You only like'strategic' work
You want to work 9-5 or remotely
