Responsibilities

• Projektplanung und -Steuerung: Projektorganisation aufbauen, Anforderungen strukturieren sowie Termine, Ressourcen, Kosten, Arbeitspakete und Meilensteine planen und überwachen.
• Kommunikation und Qualität: Stakeholder-, Risiko-, Änderungs- und Eskalationsmanagement; Statusberichte und Lenkungsgremien vorbereiten; Qualitäts- und Testmaßnahmen koordinieren.
• Dienstleister und Abschluss: Externe Leistungserbringer steuern, Abnahmen begleiten sowie Dokumentation, Wissenstransfer und geordneten Projektabschluss sicherstellen.

Requirements

• Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Planung, Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung von IT-Projekten, insbesondere im deutschen GKV-Umfeld.
• Sicherer Umgang mit etablierten Projektmanagementmethoden, insbesondere PRINCE2-orientiertem Vorgehen.
• Souveräne Kommunikation mit Fachbereichen, technischen Teams und Projektgremien.
• Erstellung aussagekräftiger deutschsprachiger Dokumentationen.
