About the Role
You are the central communication point for all SysEleven customers. As a Service Desk employee at SysEleven, you play a pivotal role in the company, supporting not only your team but all departments within the company, ensuring our end customers experience a first-class service experience. You achieve this by efficiently handling inquiries, coordinating tickets, and proactively resolving technical issues to strengthen the positive image of SysEleven and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Multichannel handling with responsibility for uniform solutions to customer inquiries via phone, email/ticket system, and possibly other channels
- Organizing the follow-up processing of inquiries and disturbances through escalation to specialist teams if independent processing is not possible
- Contributing to the introduction and improvement of standards in handling customer inquiries
- Handling and qualifying disturbance reports and general customer tickets
Requirements
- Relevant experience in technical support or IT helpdesk
- Good English skills and very good German skills
- Extensive experience with common Linux distributions and applications (Debian)
- Analytical thinking and solution orientation
- Experience with qualification of disturbance reports and use of ticketing systems (Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
- Ideally, initial knowledge of Kubernetes and/or OpenStack
