About the Role

Your mission is to manage and optimize the entire application process for potential employees, ensuring a smooth experience for both SysEleven and the candidates. You will place a strong emphasis on open and transparent communication with interested parties and applicants. In your role as the process owner, you will design the selection process efficiently and actively contribute to hiring decisions and onboarding. Your goal is to identify candidates, build relationships, and promote the values of diversity and inclusion. In addition to your recruiting tasks, you will support your team with employer branding initiatives and take on tasks in employee care, such as creating employment contracts and various certifications.


Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the entire recruiting process - from the creation and publication of job advertisements, the initial contact, to onboarding on the first working day - always with an eye on a positive candidate journey
  • Research and identification of qualified candidates through appropriate recruitment channels, especially via active sourcing
  • (Pre-)selection of suitable applicants based on documents and interviews, in close collaboration with the specialist departments
  • Support in administrative HR tasks such as the creation of contracts, certificates, and testimonials, as well as in operational HR support
  • Support in employer branding initiatives to strengthen our employer brand
  • Taking on responsibility in general projects within the People & Culture team

Requirements

  • Relevant practical experience in the field of recruitment, ideally in a technical environment in a small or medium-sized company
  • Experience in using HR management systems, ideally Personio
  • Technical affinity or interest in familiarizing yourself with the requirements of technical positions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English
  • Flexibility, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Structured, reliable work approach and enjoyment in dealing with different people
