Junior Clients Onboarding Specialist with English and German

About the Position

Join ING Hubs Slovakia as a Junior Clients Onboarding Specialist with English and German proficiency to support global Supply Chain Finance.

Responsibilities

As a Junior/Associate Clients Onboarding Specialist you would:

• Communicate with buyers (ING clients), suppliers, and financial institutions where English and German are the main languages. We also support in French, Spanish, or Italian.
• Guide them through the onboarding process.
• Collect and prepare all relevant documentation.
• Conduct mandatory screenings and sanity checks.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (C1) and German (C1), speaking French, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.
• High attention to details.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to learn fast. Willing and eager to develop, open for challenges.
• Work independently whilst keeping the team morale high.
• Experience with Excel is an advantage.
• Finance background is an advantage.
• Positive mindset.
