About the Position

Junior Executive Assistant

At ING, we are looking for a talented and motivated professional to join our Executive Assistants Team at ING Bank.

You will be part of an expert, collaborative team delivering high-quality support and solutions across a variety of needs, including:

• Advanced calendar management
• Scheduling complex meetings involving multiple stakeholders, time zones, and seniority levels
• Coordination and support for internal events, workshops, townhalls, and offsites
• Providing support during peak workload periods or critical business milestones

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact initiatives in a dynamic environment, while working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
• Proactively manage and maintain the agendas of management team members, including scheduling meetings and conference calls
• Organize and coordinate meetings and internal events, ensuring all required materials, logistics, and catering arrangements are in place
• Provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support
• Deliver ad-hoc support for major projects and initiatives as required
• Liaise with Executive Assistants and PAs at international level to ensure alignment and delivery of shared commitments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2-3 years’ professional experience, international environment experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Time management and organizational skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Proficient English (both spoken and written)
• Ability to work in an international environment
