Responsibilities
- Analyze monetization funnel and pinpoint areas of improvement
- Find a balance between revenue generation and user retention
- Optimize and increase conversion rates (turn users into paying and loyal customers)
- Come up with optimal solutions and improve web onboarding
- Perform A/B tests; generate unique ideas and hypotheses, prepare reports showcasing results
- Cooperate closely with analytics teams and product managers
Requirements
- A solid understanding of unit economics and key business metrics
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to identify user pain points and turn insights into impactful solutions
- Experience optimizing conversion rates, ARPU, and LTV
- Proficiency in analytics tools (GA, Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong collaboration skills within cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, analysts, designers, marketers)
- At least an intermediate level of English, along with an understanding of language nuances and specific terminology
Nice to Have
- Experience with payment systems (Stripe, Solid, etc.), including chargeback/refund management and improving AR
- Hands-on involvement in launching new products or funnels from scratch
- Participation in building analytics architecture and setting up event tracking
