Ми шукаємо Junior Manual QA Engineer, який допоможе підтримувати високу якість продукту, розвивати тестову документацію та вдосконалювати процеси тестування. Це роль для людини, яка хоче не просто перевіряти готовий функціонал, а розуміти продукт, знаходити потенційні проблеми ще до релізу та впливати на якість процесів і результату.

• Real Impact on the Product: You will work with our own PayTech product, used by businesses worldwide. The result of your work will directly impact the quality of payment processes and the experience of our clients.
• Diverse Tasks: Testing the web platform, REST API, new functionalities, integrations, and releases. There will be an opportunity to not only work with ready scenarios but also to explore the product and find non-obvious issues.
• Influence on QA Processes: We are developing QA processes and test documentation, so there is room for your ideas: improving test cases, checklists, testing approaches, and team interaction.
• Strong Team Interaction: You will work with Development, Product, and Support teams, having the opportunity to discuss solutions and influence the product quality at the development stage.

Responsibilities

Testing

• Test the web platform and REST API;
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing;
• Verify new functionality and the stability of existing solutions;
• Explore product behavior and find potential defects;
• Participate in releases and verify functionality after deployment.

Test Documentation

• Create and maintain test cases;
• Develop and update checklists;
• Keep test documentation up-to-date;
• Help improve testing approaches.

Defect Management

• Create detailed bug reports in Jira;
• Analyze found defects and help determine their cause;
• Interact with developers to fix bugs;
• Verify fixes and control release quality.

Team Interaction

• Collaborate with Development, Product, and Support teams;
• Participate in discussions about new functionality;
• Help identify potential risks before implementing functionality;
• Participate in the development of team QA processes.

Requirements

• 1+ year of commercial experience in Manual QA;
• Practical experience in testing web applications and REST API;
• Proficiency in functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing;
• Experience with Postman;
• Experience with Jira;
• Experience with TestRail, QASphere, or other test management systems;
• Basic knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, and Git;
• Understanding of HTTP/HTTPS, REST API, and CI/CD principles;
• Attention to detail, system thinking, and a responsible approach to work;
• Ability to independently analyze tasks and ask the right questions;
• Good communication and willingness to work in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience in FinTech or E-commerce;
• Experience testing payment platforms, processing, or merchant services;
• Understanding of payment processes specifics;
• Experience with high-load web systems.
