Ми шукаємо PHP Engineer (Symfony) до команди Processing - команди, яка відповідає за ключову частину платіжної інфраструктури.

У цій ролі ти працюватимеш над backend-рішеннями, де важливі масштабованість, стабільність, продуктивність і консистентність даних: мікросервісами, асинхронною взаємодією, PostgreSQL, Kafka та production-системами з високими вимогами до надійності.

What You Will Work On:

Backend and Architecture

• Develop new features and maintain existing backend services;
• Design and develop REST APIs and microservices;
• Implement product initiatives from technical design to production;
• Work with asynchronous interactions between services through Kafka and message brokers;
• Participate in the development of architecture and technical solutions.

Data and Reliability

• Work with PostgreSQL, write and optimize SQL queries;
• Develop and maintain modular and functional tests;
• Analyze incidents in production and find root causes of problems;
• Work on the stability, performance, and reliability of services;
• Consider data consistency requirements in payment processes.

Engineering Practices

• Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architectural discussions;
• Work with technical debt;
• Improve team engineering practices;
• Share knowledge and help develop colleagues;
• Participate in mentoring and professional development of the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience in PHP 8+ development;
• 1+ year of practical experience with Symfony 5/6/7;
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL;
• Experience in developing and maintaining microservices;
• Practical experience with Kafka, AWS SQS, AMQP, or other message brokers;
• Experience in writing modular and functional tests;
• Practical experience with Docker, docker-compose, and CI/CD;
• Ability to make independent technical decisions and justify them;
• System thinking, responsibility, and proactive communication;
• Experience using AI tools for development, such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code.

• Experience in FinTech or PayTech;
• Experience in developing high-load systems;
• Experience with distributed systems;
• Experience with systems requiring high data consistency;
• Understanding of payment processes.
