About the Position
We're seeking a Junior Operations Specialist with fluent English for a hybrid role in Wrocław, handling customer inquiries and invoice issues.
Responsibilities
- Employ your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify the root causes of aging invoices, ensuring swift resolution.
- Make use of system functionality and established processes to address hold or unapproved invoices effectively.
- Occasionally reach out to customers via phone, email, or fax with tact and professionalism to inquire about overdue balances.
Requirements
- A minimum C1 level of proficiency in English is mandatory.
- Availability to work between 14-22 or 13-21.
- Negotiation skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential.
- Possess the confidence and judgment to make decisions autonomously.
