We are a leading pet tech company focused on improving pet care with smart technology. We are currently seeking a Junior User Acquisition Manager (Meta) to join our Performance Marketing team and help scale our Meta acquisition channel.

Responsibilities
- Launch and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and assist with daily optimization.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports and performance summaries.
- Participate in creative testing and performance analysis.
- Support A/B testing and experiment execution.
- Collaborate with analytics, creative, and product teams.
- Contribute to improving team processes and workflows.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience with Meta Ads (or strong practical experience through internships/courses, freelance, or personal projects).
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structure.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with numbers and performance metrics.
- Willingness to learn quickly and continuously improve.
- Proactive attitude and readiness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience running personal or freelance Meta campaigns.
- Experience with mobile app user acquisition.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Interest in automation and AI tools.
