About the Position
We are a leading pet tech company focused on improving pet care with smart technology. We are currently seeking a Middle Flutter Developer to join our team and work on our core product – the Woofz app.

Responsibilities
- Participating in grooming, planning, estimation, and technical discussions within the Agile development process
- Thinking through edge cases, technical risks, backward compatibility, experiment impact, and impact on existing functionality
- Communication with team members to clarify requirements
- Cross code review
- Being responsible for delivery timelines and proactively communicating risks or blockers
Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter development
- Ability to take ownership of tasks from clarification and estimation to implementation and testing
- Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter framework fundamentals, including widgets, widget lifecycle, state management, navigation, and platform-specific behavior
- Experience with asynchronous programming in Dart, including Futures, Streams, isolates, and error handling
- Understanding of Clean Architecture, BLoC, SoC, OOP, and design patterns
- Experience working with SQLite and other local storage solutions
- Strong code quality mindset, including readability, consistency, lint rules, scalability, and long-term maintainability
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, or technical research
- Experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, feature flags, or remote configuration
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Swift/Kotlin, native iOS/Android development experience
- Flutter Web development experience
- Experience in building and maintaining a custom Flutter plugin
