We are a leading pet tech company focused on improving pet care with smart technology. We are seeking a Middle+ User Acquisition Manager (Meta) to manage and scale our Meta acquisition channel, focusing on large budgets and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities
- Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta advertising campaigns.
- Drive performance across key KPIs: ROAS, CPA, Spend, CTR, and more.
- Generate, prioritize, and test new acquisition hypotheses.
- Collaborate with PMMs and the creative team to improve ad performance.
- Work closely with analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve reporting.
- Initiate process improvements and automation ideas.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
- Share learnings and recommendations with the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with performance metrics (CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, etc.).
- Ability to independently identify growth opportunities and propose solutions.
- Experience collaborating with analytics, creative, and product teams.
- Strong experience with web funnels acquisition strategies.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude and Tableau.
- English level: Intermediate or higher.
Nice to Have
- Experience with platforms like Applovin, Snap, TikTok or others.
- Experience with mobile app user acquisition campaigns.
