About the Position
We are seeking a Communications Manager for our social impact platform, Lobby X, to lead our social media strategy and team in Kyiv.
About the Company
Lobby X is a recruitment platform that operates as a social enterprise. We focus on placing individuals in impactful roles within civil society organizations, reform teams, independent media, the Ukrainian military, and progressive businesses, including defense and arms manufacturers.
Responsibilities
- Coordination of Lobby X communications across all social media platforms
- Management of the SMM team, content managers, targetologist, and designer
- Development and scaling of the team to optimal capacity
- Content supervision
- Generation of ideas, creative formats, and situational communications
- Participation in the formation of social media development strategy
- Leadership in the implementation of the social media development strategy
- Analytics work: report preparation, effectiveness analysis, recommendation formulation, and optimization
- Briefing the team and monitoring task completion
- Fulfillment of communication needs of other company departments (in collaboration with them)
- Systematic interaction and coordination with the marketing department
Requirements
- Experience in SMM/communications/digital marketing
- Experience with social media for at least 4 years
- Management or coordination experience
- Deep understanding of the mechanics and features of current social media platforms
- Experience in creating photo and video content
- Experience with Figma
- Independence in decision-making and responsibility for communication results
- Experience in commercial and non-commercial organizations is a plus
- Experience in digital/SMM/communication agencies is a plus
