About the Position

We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager for IT Products to join our team in Warszawa, mazowieckie. Responsible for managing teams and ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Responsibilities

• Managing teams responsible for the development and maintenance of products and business systems
• Building engagement, collaboration, and accountability within teams and supporting employee competency development
• Ensuring timely and effective delivery of solutions supporting business objectives
• Collaborating with the business to define product development directions, priorities, and requirements
• Overseeing the stability, security, and continuity of operations of assigned systems
• Shaping an organizational culture based on Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement
• Implementing modern engineering practices, automation, and AI solutions supporting the software production process
• Ensuring the quality of architecture and high standards of development and maintenance of technological solutions
• Building effective relationships with business stakeholders, technology, and external partners
• Supporting the planning and execution of product, technology, and budget initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing teams responsible for the development and maintenance of digital applications or products
• Experience in leading complex technology initiatives and delivering solutions in a product organization
• Ability to build engaged, effective teams and develop employee competencies
• Practical knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and modern software development practices
• Experience in building a user-focused, quality, and continuous improvement-oriented engineering culture
• Strong technical background gained in roles such as Software Engineer, Tech Lead, Architect, or similar
• Good knowledge of system architecture, integration, and software development and maintenance processes
• Ability to evaluate technological solutions in terms of quality, scalability, and maintainability
• Experience in collaborating with business and technology stakeholders and translating business needs into IT solutions
• Highly developed communication, organizational, and leadership skills and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment
