About the Position

HRK S.A. is seeking a Contract Manager for Electrical/Teletechnics for one of its clients, a leader in the market for teletechnical, electrical, and home automation installations (cubicle, industrial, etc.). Due to the development of its structure, the company is looking for a Contract Manager.

Location: Szczecin, Poland

Type of Employment: Hybrid

Responsibilities

Implementation of technical projects in the field of electrical installations, automation, and low-current systems.
Comprehensive management of investments – from the planning and bidding stages to project completion and settlement.
Planning and supervision of work progress on construction sites.
Monitoring the implementation of the schedule and quality standards.
Ongoing cooperation and communication with the client.
Preparation of reports and analyses regarding project progress.
Responsibility for the implementation of the investment budget.
Coordination of work of execution teams and subcontractors.
Supporting the team in achieving project goals.
Conducting tender procedures and selecting subcontractors.
Supervision over compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on ongoing investments.
Identifying project risks and implementing preventive and corrective actions.

Requirements

Completed higher education with a technical profile, preferably related to electrical engineering, automation, or similar.
Practical experience in independently managing investment projects (at least 2 years), especially in cubical or industrial objects.
Experience in coordinating team work in a project environment.
Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation.
Proficiency in using IT tools used in project implementation (e.g., Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project).
Focus on achieving set goals, independence, and good organization of one's own work.
Developed planning and task coordination skills.
Ability to effectively cooperate in a team and work in a dynamic project environment.
Knowledge of the market for suppliers and contractors will be an advantage.
Category B driving license and willingness to travel for work.
