About the Position
We are seeking a Kierownik Restauracji (K/M/I) for our client, an international fast-food chain, in Warsaw, Poland. The role involves comprehensive management of the restaurant in operational, personnel, and business areas.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive management of the restaurant in operational, personnel, and business areas.
- Team management of approximately 20-30 employees.
- Ensuring the implementation of operational and quality standards.
- Responsibility for operational and financial results of the restaurant.
- Analysis of key indicators and reports related to restaurant operations.
- Monitoring effectiveness and implementing improvements impacting business results.
- Cost control and ensuring the profitability of the restaurant.
- Organizing work and developing managerial staff.
Requirements
- Experience in independent management of a location, team, or operational area.
- Skills in effective team management and work organization.
- Experience with indicators, reports, and business data.
- Ability to analyze results and draw conclusions for operational and financial efficiency.
- Business awareness and goal orientation.
- Skills in implementing and enforcing operational standards.
- Independence, responsibility, and good work organization.
