About the Position

HRK S.A. is seeking a Technical Manager (K/M/Inni) for a well-known industrial client. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive management of the technological and construction department, ensuring efficient technical preparation of production and the development and optimization of technological processes. An essential part of the role will be coordinating the work of a team of specialists and ensuring effective cooperation between the technical area and production.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of technologists and designers, including work organization, priority setting, task supervision, and employee skill development.
• Supervising the preparation, verification, and updating of technological and construction documentation.
• Coordinating the technical preparation of production, considering quality, time, and cost requirements.
• Supervising the development of production technologies, selection of production methods, and optimization of technological processes.
• Ensuring effective cooperation between the technical department and production, quality, purchasing, and other areas of the organization.
• Solving current technical and technological problems and supporting production in implementing complex projects.
• Initiating and implementing improvements in production processes, product design, and resource efficiency.
• Supervising the timeliness and quality of completed design and technological works.
• Participating in the technical feasibility analysis of new projects and assessing the production capabilities of the company.
• Standardizing processes, tools, and work methods in the managed area.

Requirements

• Higher technical education, preferred fields: mechanics and machine construction, production engineering, mechanical technology, or related.
• Several years of professional experience in production technology, design, or technical preparation of production.
• Experience in managing a technical, technological-design, or engineering team.
• Knowledge of production processes, preferred experience in the metal, steel, or related industrial sectors.
• Practical knowledge of technical documentation, technical drawing, and production technology issues.
• Familiarity with CAD tools and systems supporting technical production preparation.
• Ability to plan and coordinate team work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze technical problems, make decisions, and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of issues related to production process optimization, production costs, and operational efficiency.
• Highly developed organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Independence, responsibility, and goal-oriented mindset.
